    The McCombs MBA Career Connections Networking Reception provides employers and the McCombs MBA students a great opportunity to meet and get to know each other in an informal setting over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

    Date: Thursday, October 1, 2015
    Location: AT&T Executive Education & Conference Center - Ballroom
    5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (5:00 p.m. employer check-in)

    The McCombs MBA Career Connections Fair kicks off the McCombs fall recruiting season, and it's a great way for companies to connect with a large number of McCombs MBA students. This is a traditional career fair where students, in formal business attire, can meet employers at convention-style booths (internet access will be available).

    Location: DKR Texas Memorial Stadium - North End Zone, Red McCombs Red Zone, Gate 14

    Time:  10:00 a.m.– 2:00 p.m.  (8:30 a.m. employer check-in)

    Registration Fees and Deadline:

    • $750 per booth (up to 4 representatives)
    • $375 per booth (up to 4 representatives, Non Profit/Government rate)

    Additional Fees:
    Additional company representative - $150 per person

    Registration fee includes:

    • Attendance at the McCombs MBA Networking Reception on Thursday, October 1, 2015.  Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be served.
    • Registration booth at the McCombs MBA Career Fair on Friday, October 2, 2015 - 8’ x 10’ booth, 6 ft. skirted table, two chairs, company sign, parking permits, electricity, internet access, breakfast and lunch.

    Payment Deadline:
    October 2, 2015 - Payments received after October 2, 2015 will incur a $75 late fee.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations after September 17, 2015 will only receive a 50% refund.

    Take a ticket when you enter the garage.  When you check in at the Reception and Career Fair, please present your ticket and you will receive a parking card.

    Shipping, Unloading & Returning Booth Materials

    Shipping Materials:
    DKR Stadium staff will receive, store & deliver packages to your booth at the fair for no charge.  Booth Materials will need to be mailed between September 21-30, 2015.  Packages received after September 30, 2015 are not guaranteed to be available the day of the fair.

    Make sure your packages clearly indicate your company name, address and sender's contact information.   Shipping labels should list the following information:

    Return Shipments
    DKR Stadium staff will be on hand to assist you in shipping packages back to your office after the event using FedEx.  You will be asked to follow the steps below:

    • Have a completed typed up return label with your FedEx account number. 
    • If you plan to use UPS you will need to arrange for a pre-paid pickup using the address above and notify Karen Machacek at regarding the details of your pickup & include your confirmation number

    Returns packages will be shipped out on October 6, 2015.
