  • Texas BBA: The Texas Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is one of the top undergraduate business programs in the nation. We provide students an education characterized by unique curriculums, outstanding faculty, and high alumni and student satisfaction.
  • Mission Statement: The mission of BBA Career Management is to empower students to develop lifelong career search strategies. In addition to career coaching, our office connects students to employers through a variety of events, giving them exposure to diverse industries and potential career paths.
  • Give Back: To support the development of our programming with a monetary contribution, you can give a gift directly to BBA Career Management via our donation portal. The quality of our programming and student preparedness depends on continual adaptation as we assess the recruiting landscape. Thank you in advance for giving back.



  • Coffee Chats: Our coffee chats or office hours are hosted in our front office and are great opportunity to meet with students in a less formal setting and for them to learn about your company. Coffee Chats hosted in our office or through a virtual platform we coordinate on behalf of an employer are limited to 2 hours in length. Please reach out to schedule or check date availability. 
  • Etiquette Dinner: BBA Etiquette Dinners (held each fall and spring) include a networking session and introduction to business dining etiquette.   • Mock Interviews: BBA Corporate Mock Interviews give employers an opportunity to enhance your company’s brand and presence on campus. BBA Women's Council (BBAWC)

BBAWC provides a forum for participants to prepare for success after graduation, learn how to network with prominent women in business, and about the challenges women may face in the workforce. Register to sponsor BBAWC and attend the BBA Women's Breakfast Forum: February 4, 2020.

The BBA Women’s Council Leadership Symposium is a morning of professional development and networking where successful businesswomen can share knowledge and insight on key topics impacting women in business today with McCombs undergraduate businesswomen. McCombs Diversity Council (MDC)

The McCombs Diversity Council (MDC) is designed to create an atmosphere that recognizes diversity as a competitive advantage and educates students about diversity-related issues in the workplace. In order to recruit at the McCombs School of Business, full-time and internship opportunities must align with the following:

On-Campus Interview

Based on the student population you are recruiting, on-campus interviewing is held in one of two locations:

  • Ford Career Center (FCC) for our BBA, MPA, and MS students
  • Rowling Hall Interview Center (RHIC) for our MBA student population

Interviewing in both facilities is complimentary and includes access to a recruiter's lounge and business center.
To request interview rooms, please contact your Recruitment Account Manager.

Using our RecruitMcCombs and RecruitTexasMBA systems, you will be able to manage your on-campus interview schedules, postings, events, and more.

Early Offers: In an accelerated recruiting environment in which students receive a job offer 13 months or more in advance to position start date, the offer should remain open for a reasonable period, commensurate with industry/peer standards. Adhering to the McCombs Career Management offer guidelines allows students a sufficient consideration period in order to reduce risk of renege occurrences.

Fall Recruiting: Offers should remain open for a minimum of three weeks after the date of the written offer.

Spring Recruiting: Offers made up until April 2 should remain open for a minimum of three weeks after the date of the written offer. After April 2, offers should remain open for a minimum of two weeks after the date of the written offer.

Internship to Full-time Offers: Employment offers made to students who have recently completed an internship with your company should remain open until the 4th Friday in October (October 25) or for three weeks from the date of the written offer, whichever is later.
