Registration is now open!  Contact Yvette Brown or Michelle Hardy for questions.

We are excited to roll out a new format for Career Connections this fall!  Texas MBA Career Connections 2017 kicks off the evening of Thursday, October 5th, with a networking reception.  Companies will have an assigned cocktail table with company signage.   First year and graduating MBA students will be in attendance with their resumes.  

On Friday, October 6th companies will have the option to host office hours on-campus for first-year MBA students or interview graduating MBA students for full-time positions in our interview suites; companies may reserve up to two rooms*.

In order to receive staff assisted support in scheduling your office hours/interviews you must submit your registration form no later than August 21st. 

*Space is limited.

  • $650 per booth (up to 4 representatives)
  • $325 per booth (up to 4 representatives, Non Profit/Government rate)

Additional Fees:
Additional company representative

  • $100 per person (Corporate rate)
  • $50 per person (Non Profit/Government rate)

Registration fee includes:

  • Up to 4 representatives for the networking reception, hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be served and optional Friday office hours and/or interviews, breakfast and lunch will be served.

Pay By Credit Card

The University is in the process of changing to a more centralized credit card payment system. The current credit card system will expire on July 31st. If you are planning on submitting payment via a credit card, please do so prior to the July 31st deadline or check here periodically for the new payment link.

Payment Deadline:
October 5, 2017 - Payments received after October 5, 2017 will incur a $75 late fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations after September 21, 2017 will only receive a 50% refund.

Take a ticket when you enter the garage.  When you check in each day, please present your ticket and you will receive a parking card.


Accommodations:

A block of rooms has been reserved for October 5, 2017 - October 6, 2017 at the Hampton Inn and AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center.  The special room rate for AT&T will be available til August 29th and September 15th for Hampton Inn or until the group blocks are sold-out, whichever comes first.
