Event Information

When:  Friday, April 12, 2019
Where:  Rowling Hall Interview Center, 5th floor (5.310), 300 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Austin, TX  78701

  • 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.               Recruiter breakfast and interview room check-in.
  • 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.             Students will visit the employer(s) of their choice.
  • 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.             Lunch/Employers call students they wish to add to their afternoon schedules.
  • 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.               Selected students interview with designated employers.

The McCombs School of Business would like to cordially invite your organization to attend our fourteenth Annual MBA Careers Now Interview Forum, a just-in-time MBA recruiting event for full-time and internship candidates.  Recruiters meet with students in the morning for initial screening conversations, 5-10 minutes at a time, 1-2 students at a time.  The flow of students is managed by the Career Management Team.  During the lunch hour, recruiters can review the resumes they received and call candidates to fill an interview schedule that afternoon.  Interviews will be conducted in the same interview room used by each company earlier in the day. The recommended interview time is 30 minutes to accommodate up to six interviews per recruiter in the afternoon. We will provide sheets for self scheduling for 30-minute, 45-minute and hour long interviews in the afternoon.

Space is limited by the number of rooms in our recruiting center, so we ask that you register early.   The registration deadline is Friday, April 5th  In addition to your registration you are required to post your position(s) in the RecruitTexasMBA system, navigate to Resume Collections > Job Postings > Post A Job, the process allows students to view positions in advance.  The deadline to post your position(s) is Thursday, April 11, 2019.  We suggest a maximum of 2 recruiters per company per room.  There is no registration fee for this event.

Recommended Employer Attire – business casual or what reflects your company culture

Student Attire – business professional attire (suits)

Meals and Accommodations

Breakfast and lunch will be made available to recruiters in the Rowling Hall Interview Center Recruiter Lounge.

Directions & Parking

You will receive a parking ticket when entering the Rowling Hall or AT&T Parking Garages, MBA Career Management will issue you a validated parking ticket upon check-in.  When you exit the garage you will insert the ticket you pulled when entering the garage and chase it with the validated parking ticket you received.
