Murray, Paula C. Associate Professor, Department of Business, Government and Society Paula Murray received her B.A. from Baylor University and her J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin. Her research and teaching interests include real estate and environmental law, wills, trusts, and estates.

Stuart R. Singer received his BA from Dartmouth College in 1962 and his JD from Columbia Law School in 1965. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Accounting, where he teaches international tax and taxation of mergers and acquisitions. He practiced tax law for 39 years in New York and Los Angeles, with law firms and public accounting firms, and also taught classes at the UCLA School of Public Administration (teaching a course for tax officials of developing countries on theory and practice of taxing multinational enterprises), the University of Southern California Business School, Southwestern University Law School and Loyola Law School. Professor Singer has given approximately 400 speeches before various professional, business and academic organizations in the U.S. and overseas, chaired about fifty professional and academic conferences and written one book and more than fifteen articles in professional journals. He is co-author, a comprehensive teaching book, Federal Taxation of Business Organizations and their Owners, published by Commerce Clearing House.
