Elise Brazier

Elise Brazier is an assistant professor of instruction in the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. She is also the CEO and founder of Work-Que Inc., a boutique firm that offers financial and management consulting. 

Her expertise includes higher education administration, startups, financial and strategic consulting, health care, and nonprofits. Brazier serves as the president and board chair of the Texas Silver-Haired Legislature Foundation, which supports public policy changes for older adults.

She was previously the MBA program director and a professor at Concordia University Texas. Brazier was a subject matter expert on critical thinking, ethical leadership, and business policy and strategy. While pursuing a doctorate at UT Austin, she was a researcher on think tank initiatives involving leadership practices and process improvement.

Her business experience includes serving as vice president of marketing and business development at Quik Internet in Northeast Texas. While in Anchorage, Alaska, she held roles as a senior consultant with EBC Consulting and Deloitte as a senior audit associate. 

She holds a Ph.D. in educational leadership and policy from UT Austin and an MBA and B.A. in management science with concentrations in finance and accounting from Alaska Pacific University.
