Ian Bidot is associate director for the Texas M.S. in Technology Commercialization program and a management lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. A seasoned entrepreneur, he shares with students his experience in technology, innovation, and strategy to launch new ventures.

Bidot previously served as program administrator for the University’s Jon Brumley Texas Venture Labs, which aims to help students accelerate career growth and early-stage startups take innovations to market.

He has founded and developed several businesses and has contributed to the launch and growth of many other new ventures.

Bidot earned a B.S. in management and leadership, business administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and he also graduated with honors from Texas McCombs with an M.S. in technology commercialization.
