Tom Rauzi teaches courses on organizational behavior, leadership, and people analytics at The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. An industrial and organizational psychologist with more than 30 years’ work experience, Rauzi is also president of Rauzi Consulting, where he specializes in helping organizations meet organization development, talent management, and human capital analysis challenges.

Rauzi worked for Dell Technologies Inc. for almost 20 years, where he served as director of talent and organization development. 

He holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska—Omaha and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Missouri—Kansas City.
