MENTOR AN IB STUDENTMentoring is an essential component of professional development, and CGB helps international business students gain access to professionals with valuable international experience. Students in our minors are matched with mentors each semester, and all it takes is about one hour per month to make a difference.
SHARE YOUR STORYStories from professionals engaged in international business help inspire and inform CGB students. Stories can be in the form of a brief video or a narrative profile for the CGB Insights blog. With so many potential paths, could your journey help a student find their way?
CONNECT STUDENTS WITH JOBSAre you looking for bright, adaptable, enthusiastic students for an internship with your company or organization? International Business students bring a global perspective and a world of skill to the table. If you would like to promote your opportunity to these students directly just let us know!
BE A RESOURCESometimes students are just curious about what a particular type of job entails, what it's like to work in a particular industry, or how to get started in a new place These students appreciate the opportunity to connect with friends of CGB for a single conversation via Zoom to hear more about a particular issue and get some general questions answered.
HELP CGB DURING 40 FOR FORTYEach semester the UT's "40 for Forty" crowdsourcing campaign brings attention and resources to CGB and other university programs. If you are active on social media and would like to help spread the word for 40 hours each semester, let us know!
