MSF for International Students

Can I apply after the final international deadline?

International students are required to apply during the first two application rounds with a final deadline in January 2027 to allow adequate time for visa processing. No, according to current guidance from Texas Global, international students in the U.S. on an F-1 or J-1 visa who later change their status to H-1B are not subject to the $100,000 proclamation fee.
