What programs should I target for recruiting?
For entry-level roles, we recommend recruiting from the BBA and MPA programs. For mid-level roles, we recommend the MPA programs.

Bachelor of Business Administration
Undergraduate accounting students are prepared for a wide array of professional opportunities and are a perfect fit for positions in a variety of businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
These students know how to prepare and examine financial records, dig into the analysis and provide insights and assist decision-making with financial statements and reporting.
Master in Professional Accounting
Texas McCombs has the country’s #1 graduate accounting program with three degree plans: integrated MPA, traditional MPA, and ECON-MPA.
Integrated Master in Professional Accounting
The integrated MPA is designed for current Texas McCombs undergraduates.
iMPA students earn a BBA degree in accounting and an MPA degree in just five years. iMPA students can study finance, information technology, strategy, management, international business, and more.
Traditional Master in Professional Accounting
The traditional MPA is a one-year program is open to students with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any academic institution across the nation and world.
The MPA program provides a rock-solid accounting foundation, track options and customized class offerings. Students study electives in areas such as finance, information technology, strategy, marketing, management, and international business.
ECON-MPA program
ECON-MPA students earn both a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MPA degree.
These students start their MPA in their senior year and have a number of exclusive opportunities to interact with working professionals. Many students also get hands-on experience by interning at major businesses for course credit and gain a global business perspective by studying abroad.
