Longhorn Leadership Fellows
An extraordinary leadership development experience for McCombs undergraduate students. Only 60 students are selected each year. Fellows engage in intensive leadership development and, in the fall, apply their learning as they lead a cohort of 15-20 first-year students in BA110G - Professional Identity Development.

Fellows receive a financial stipend during the fall Leadership Practicum.

Your Leadership Journey

1. Leadership Seminar

Develop the leader

In the spring, Fellows participate in weekly seminar sessions that build self-awareness, leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of leading others with integrity and impact.

2. Leadership Fellows Summit

Become a Leadership Community

A full-day experience with Fellows, McCombs leaders, and guest speakers. Connect, reflect, and grow through engaging workshops, leadership challenges, and meaningful conversations.

3. Leadership Practicum

Lead by Developing Others

In the fall, Fellows lead a cohort of 15-20 first-year students in BA110G – Professional Identity Development, creating a supportive environment where students can connect, reflect, grow, and begin their own leadership journey.
