Leading for Impact is the Center for Leadership and Ethics’ signature leadership development experience for Working Professional and Executive MBA students. Through two one-credit courses delivered across the MBA program, students develop greater self-awareness and leadership effectiveness before applying those capabilities through team-based consulting projects with nonprofit organizations. By combining leadership development with community impact, the program helps students strengthen their ability to lead teams, build relationships, and create value beyond the classroom.

Discover the science of leveraging yourself and learn to design an Exceptional Life. Develop five core self-mastery skills that drive performance and clarity. Learn a 12-minute daily practice to strengthen daily focus, daily mindset, and decision-making, along with a structured twice-weekly deep-thinking process for critical reflection and intentional growth.
People Analytics – Managing Human Capital

Discover the innovative realm of People Analytics—a departure from traditional HR practices, adopting a data-driven approach to managing personnel. Students gain insight into its transformative impact on various areas, including recruitment, performance assessment, leadership, and compensation.
