Our Mission
The Center for Leadership and Ethics prepares McCombs students to lead with purpose, judgment, and impact. Because leadership transcends any single academic discipline, the Center works across the school to amplify the value of a McCombs education, equipping students with the knowledge, experiences, and deliberate practice to earn trust, assume meaningful responsibility, and lead with distinction at every stage of their careers.
Our Vision
Our vision is for McCombs graduates to emerge as the most trusted and capable leaders of their generation—consistently sought out for greater responsibility and creating impact disproportionate to their age, experience, or position.
