Student-Managed REIT & Private Equity Funds

McCombs holds the distinction of being the only business school in the country where students have the opportunity to manage both public and private real estate investment funds as part of their course work. The REIT Fund, which began in 2007, and the Private Equity Fund, launched in 2016, are both student-managed investment funds that establish McCombs as the nation’s pre-eminent real estate education institution.
