In its inaugural year, the BOSS Awards honor individuals who best embody the spirit and impact of the Business of Sports Institute and elevate our community through leadership, innovation, and excellence. Covering the period between BOSS 2024 and BOSS 2025, these awards celebrate standout students, alumni, and industry leaders shaping the future of sports business. Undergraduate honorees must be current seniors or earlier, Graduate recipients must be graduating in May 2026 or later, and Student-Athlete awardees must have been enrolled UT students during the BOSS year.
