Our BOSS mentorship program provides selected UT students with the opportunity to connect one-on-one with a leading sports industry professional. Students will gain invaluable insights, personalized advice, and build lasting relationships that can propel their career forward.

BOSS 2026 mentorship meet-ups may be held in-person on Friday, October 23 or virtually. Participation in the Mentorship Program is by application and is not guaranteed. Applications are open to UT students now and close October 14. Selected students will be notified in October. Those selected will be paired with mentors based on shared interests and informed ahead of the summit to determine best time and way to meet.

Interested in applying? Apply for the BOSS Mentorship Program today.

Please note: The Mentorship Program and Networking Event require separate registration. Participating in one does not automatically register you for the other.

If you have any questions about the Mentorship Program, contact TXBOSS@utexas.edu.
