Our BOSS mentorship program provides selected UT students with the opportunity to connect one-on-one with a leading sports industry professional. Students will gain invaluable insights and personalized advice, and they will build lasting relationships that can propel their career forward.

BOSS 2026 mentorship meet-ups will be held on Friday, October 23. Applications will open to UT students in September. and selected students will be notified in October. Those selected will be paired with mentors based on shared interests and informed ahead of the summit.
