End-to-End Supply Chain Harmonization
Spring 2027 | UT Campus | $3,350
Achieve a Unified Balance
This program tackles the persistent challenge of functional fragmentation. By focusing on governance and theoretical frameworks, leaders will walk through the complexities of aligning planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. The goal is to move beyond localized metrics and achieve a unified balance of cost, service, and resilience. Participants will explore how to clarify decision rights and synchronize operational cadences to ensure every part of the chain supports the same overarching business objectives.
