Elevate Conference 2023
Let's Dance
Friday, February 10, 2023
Robert B. Rowling Hall at The University of Texas at Austin
This year's Elevate Conference will bring in participants, panels, speakers, and events to center conversations on the complexities and opportunities of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) practices. "Elevate: Let's Dance" invites you to challenge engrained narratives and go beyond the surface-level to promote sustainable outcomes for DE&I in the business world. Elevate welcomes distinguished business leaders from Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and many other firms who are passionately involved in diversity initiatives. We can proudly say that this conference inspires innovation and seeks to take the first steps towards creating a culturally competent modern workplace through powerful discussions about diversity and inclusion in the business world.
Funds from the conference will go toward future DE&I activities at the McCombs School of Business.
Stay tuned for a full schedule and speaker announcement.

About
The Elevate: Diversity & Inclusion Conference at McCombs was founded in 2019 by Ashley Fox and DeAndrea Staes, two MBA alumnae from the Class of 2019 with a passion for diversity and inclusion. What started as an experiment to affect change at McCombs has become one of the most significant outlets we have for DE&I across the program: the annual Elevate conference.
