Dean Bradley R. Staats
Bradley R. Staats was appointed dean of the McCombs School of Business in July 2026. He holds the John T. Stuart III Centennial Chair in Business, Centennial Chair in Business Education Leadership, and the Lois and Richard Folger Dean’s Leadership Chair.

“Coming back to the Forty Acres is a homecoming in every sense. I grew up in Austin, I’m a third-generation Longhorn, and I earned my undergraduate degrees here at UT. This university has shaped my family and my life, and I am excited for the opportunity to give back to a place that has given so much to me.”
