Texas Value

Our undergraduate program is consistently ranked as one of the best in the nation, and because our tuition is lower than most of our peer institutions', the Texas BBA program represents one of the best values in the business school world. In fact, the McCombs School of Business was ranked 2nd in the entire nation for overall value.

As a freshman accepted to The McCombs School of Business, you are automatically considered for a limited number of McCombs scholarships specifically for incoming freshmen. Please note: The number of McCombs scholarships you are eligible for increases as you move from freshman through senior year.

Most incoming freshman scholarships are awarded through the University of Texas at Austin. Learn more about UT Austin freshman scholarships.

Scholarships from UT's alumni organization, the Texas Exes, are available for incoming freshmen. Scholarships can also be found through a number of other sources.

Financial Aid

Each year UT Austin awards over $500 million dollars in financial aid. To be considered for grants, loans, and work-study positions offered by the University, you need to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). All need-based financial aid is awarded based on your FAFSA information, and all students are highly encouraged to apply.

Non-Resident Info

Non Residents can be considered for scholarships through the University freshman scholarship application. Please note: McCombs does not award non-resident tuition exemptions to undergraduates.
