Improving Your Performance of Essential Leadership Activities
Unique, Hands-On Learning
The Developing Your Leadership Approach and Style course includes a unique opportunity to put your learnings into action outside the classroom. Participants often visit Lady Bird Lake to participate in an experiential rowing exercise, allowing them to apply new leadership principles in a real-world setting. We provide an overview of the experience in the video below.
ATTENDING THIS COURSE
Team/Group Registration: Organizations often send pairs or small teams to support the launch of new initiatives. Contact us to learn more about registering a group.
Course Requirements: There are no prerequisites for this course.
Course Credit: Participants earn 2.8 CEUs / 28 CPEs and 2 Texas Executive Education Certificate Credits. Our classes are available for university credit. Please contact us for more information.
Course Schedule: This course is 5 days long and the schedule is as follows: Monday: 1pm-4:30pm; Tuesday-Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm; Friday: 8:30am – 12pm.
