Unique, Hands-On Learning

The Developing Your Leadership Approach and Style course includes a unique opportunity to put your learnings into action outside the classroom. Participants often visit Lady Bird Lake to participate in an experiential rowing exercise, allowing them to apply new leadership principles in a real-world setting. We provide an overview of the experience in the video below.

This course is 5 days long and the schedule is as follows:

  • Monday: 1pm-4:30pm
  • Tuesday-Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm
