Learn About Life in Austin
Throughout the year, MS students have the opportunity to participate in volunteer opportunities, philanthropic events, and other opportunities throughout the year. With events on campus like Girl Day, The Data Open, and numerous individual speakers, our students have multiple ways to learn both in and out of the classroom.

The Master of Science Programs Class of 2019 will graduate on Friday, May 24, 2019 at noon, in the Zlotnik Family Ballroom located in the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center. Reception to immediately follow until 3:30pm.
Complimentary parking will be available at the Rowling Hall and Guadalupe Garages. Please do not parking the AT&T (CCG) Parking Garage unless you are a guest at the hotel.
If you park in the Rowling Hall garage, please park on levels B5 or B6. The elevators will provide you with direct access to the Ballroom. If you park on other garage levels, please pay attention to the signage which will provide direction on how to get to the Ballroom.
The Zlotnik Family Ballroom can be accessed via the AT&T Conference Center and the Rowling Hall Parking Garage.
Our ceremony will be live streamed for our guests who are unable to join us in person. Please click here to view the live stream. A recorded version of the ceremony will also be available a few weeks after graduation on the McCombs YouTube Channel.

*Note that the University-Wide Ceremony is the day after the MS Programs Ceremony. The MS Programs Ceremony is the official graduation ceremony for MS Programs students.

Spring graduates retain privileges the following summer with their ID up until the 12th class day of classes in the fall. These privileges include:
- regular student check-out privileges
- access to InterLibrary services
- access to most University of Texas Libraries electronic resources
- use of studies, carrels, or lockers under the guidelines that apply to enrolled students

Gym membership is valid until 5/31/18. After this, you can buy membership at the office in Gregory Gym (GRE 2.204). More details can be found here: https://www.utrecsports.org/about/memberships/
Student EID and passwords remain active. You will need these to order transcripts, apply for jobs at the university, and update your contact information with the registrar's office. You can use your UTMail indefinitely. Your university ID card, Canvas, Bevo Bucks, and Campus Computer Store discounts will all be deactivated.

Current MS Program students can benefit from alumni experience and knowledge. You can get involved with the current MS Programs students through mock interviews, mentorships, internships, informational interviews, coffee chats and more.
